Are you ready to enliven your body and lengthen and tone your muscles to a new level of fun?

Pilates classes are starting up again so jump in and feel and see the Pilates Verté difference!

Mat Class Prices: As most of you know, we lowered the prices over a year ago to help with the economic down turn.
However, in order for us to keep our classes going, 
price increases are effective immediately on all new single classes and packages:
They are: 
Single or Walk-in class: $20.00
5 pack: $70.00
10 pack: $120.00 (Still below market price!!)

Enrollment for Winter:
New to us, we are now featuring enrollment per semester.
You deserve to commit yourself to getting the shape and feel you want!

Winter Session Begins Today!
Classes will be held 1/6/10 through 3/31/10 (with makeup classes running through April 10)
Any existing package or newly bought package must be used in the session it is purchased
with a two week add-on for missed classes and makeups.
That means you will have approximately 13 weeks to complete up to a 10 pack of classes.

Reserve Your Spot in Class:
Pick the classes you wish to attend and reserve your spot by return email and then stick with it!!!
First come, first served.

Baby it's cold outside!!
New Class Structure:
Since it's cold and in order to help you burn more calories,
All classes will begin with a more cardiovascular focus.
No need to learn any steps. Simple body movement will help you 
warm up faster and increase your aerobic output.
Then the same Pilates format will follow.

Saturdays: 8:30a.m. Cardio Flow Pilates Verté
Non-stop flow Pilates with stretch warm up and down
Burn extra calories and feel it happening!!
 
BRING A MAT!

Class Description

This is a mat class.

Burn Fat while toning your body into long lean lines with this flow Pilates class.
 
Each move flows into another increasing heart rate and creating an optimal environment for increased fat burning and deep core conditioning. You will see and feel the difference! Any level of Pilates experience welcome but be ready to sweat!

ABOUT Renée Burkett:

Renée is a certified wellness coach, master instructor, published author and local TV personality. She believes her best attributes are her depth of understanding of the human body and her ability to listen to the needs of others and match the two successfully. Versatile in her approach, she believes there's no body that's impossible to change nor an aspiration too great to achieve. Her love for people and ability to incorporate the appropriate exercises and motivational teaching methods in a "User friendly" atmosphere make her classes a great hit with all ages and all types of people from the not-so fit-to the very fit.
