Student receives 10 classes a make up class and a t-shirt for the performance.
The 6th - 12th grade teens will learn both Pop Dances and a partnered dance. These Middle & High School kids are learning To move to popular, age appropriate music as well as dances like Swing, Cha Cha and other social dances with their favorite songs while having fun! This program allows teens to learn proper social dance graces and beginning basics of Ballroom Dance such as how to dance with partners (leading and following). They are learning a little bit about the history but more about the moves and how to twist and turn and have good wholesome fun with their friends.
BENEFITS:
Benefits of learning this style of dance is learning how to move as an individual, with partners and as a team and gain a sense of grace, coordination and social confidence. This style of dance is developed to enhance the dance experience by incorporating individual and partnered dancing.
If you are interested and the class session has already started, please call for enrollment. Experience shows the kids are quite quick to learn routines and we teach the kids manners in helping the new kids to get started. 2 routines per class are taught and repeated during the course of the program in preparation for a non-competitive performance.

- TEEN Ballroom -
2007 Summer Teen Dance Party
New Class Forming CALL Instructor Naomi Joy to be put on waiting list.
Class Begins In APRIL 2008. $200/student Student receives 10 classes and a 2 hour practice dance party.
We encourage partners! This class is a first come, first serve by gender. This class will be strictly enforcing the appropriate male/female ratio, so the kids can learn proper ballroom/latin dancing.
- Practice Dance Party - will be anounced at the first day of class. This will be for the students to dance and have fun. Each student may invite 1 guest with them to the dance party. There will be a 2 hours of music of the dances thay have learned in class, some line dance and lots of fun and laughter! (We will ask for a couple parent volunteers to chaperone.)
Attire: Guys - Dress pants and Collared Shirt Girls - Nice Party Dress or Skirt that allows for movement.

Other Dances we teach: Swing, Cha Cha, Salsa, Waltz, Foxtrot, Hustle, Tango, Rumba, Mambo, Polka and more… BENEFITS: Benefits of learning this style of dance is learning how to move as an individual, with partners and as a group and gain a sense of grace, coordination and social confidence.
